Logistics/Global Inventory Management
HT Global transports and manages over 80 million US dollars of printed circuit board product each year which allows for preferential treatment from freight companies and lower costs for our customers. We have warehouse facilities in Asia, Europe and three strategically located in North America.
Blended Factory Manufacturing
Our two North American factories complement our Asian manufacturing facilities; this minimizes customer risk exposure to political uncertainty, notional holidays and unforeseen natural disasters. Manufacturing can seamlessly transition between all facilities if the need arises.
Quality Control
Our quality management system is proactive and doesn't rely solely on inspection of finished product. We identify key manufacturing parameters and monitor quality on a daily basis all throughout the production process. Any variations are documented and corrective actions are taken immediately. All SPC KPI (Key Process Parameters) data is available on our company portal.
